Brief History

Isabella Sharpe born 26 November 1839, in Greenock. Married, 06 December 1861, as his 1st wife, James Barclay (who married 2ndly, 13 August 1872, his sister-in-law Janet Smith Sharpe); and Isabella died at age 29, while residing at 17 Ingleston Road, Greenock on 28 February, 1869. (Cause of death; difficult breathing, expectoration).
Their children:
1) Daniel Sharpe Barclay born 18 September 1862 in Greenock.
2) Marion Gibson Barclay born 20 June 1864 in Greenock.
3) James Barclay born 3 April 1866 in Greenock.
4 Thomas Sharp Barclay born 29 June 1867 in Greenock.
